All About iRocker Paddle Boards
iRocker paddle boards are one of the most popular brands on the market at the moment.
If you are looking to purchase one of their boards or just deciding if they are the best choice for you, here I’m going to give you an overview of the company and the main types of board they sell to help you in your choice.
The iRocker Company
iRocker is an American company based in Jacksonville, Florida. They have a reputation for top-quality inflatable stand up paddle boards within a good range of prices, from cheaper to more expensive premium boards.
Don’t be put off by the fact that they are based in America, however, as they have outlets in many major countries and the board may well be delivered from where you are based. For instance, if you are based in the UK, boards are sent from the Devon warehouse, and if you are in Australia, they are sent from Brisbane.
They also have an easily contactable customer service via email or phone and their boards come with one or two-year warranties plus money-back guarantees for faults.
Types of iRocker Paddle Board
iRocker has three brands of paddle board, the iRocker, Blackfin and Nautical. Each of these caters to a different market depending on what you are looking for in your paddle boarding. Let’s look at each of these in turn. Please note the prices are approximate as they are subject to change and there may be deals or sales on offer.
1. Nautical Paddle Board
Introduced in 2020, iRocker promotes these boards for those who are new to paddle boarding and want something affordable that does not hold back on quality. They are made of military-grade PVC, have drop stitching technology, and a triple-layered base.

Again they promote this board as one ideal for the beginner, particularly as it comes with a 33′ option which provides optimum stability if that’s what you want. It has a range of uses as it can hold up to 400 lbs meaning two people could go on the board. It can also easily be used for yoga and or fishing.

3. Blackfin Paddle Board
Introduced in 2018, these are the premium line, featuring triple-layer composite PVC construction. This board is the best quality, but that doesn’t mean it still doesn’t suit different levels of ability, its just whether you want to splash out on the best quality board or not.
One of the boards in this line up is 34′ wide (XL) and can hold up to 485 lbs so it’s ideal for someone who is heavy and needs something that can hold a greater load, of if you want multiple people on the board. The large size of this one would also be ideal for fishing or camping.
Their current product line for the Blackfin is:
- Blackfin Model X – 10’6″ x 35″ ($995)
- Blackfin Model XL – 11’6″ x 34″ ($989)

A carbon shaft paddle is a great bonus, as these are lighter than standard paddles, as well as stronger and stiffer.
